How enquiry data is used
Submitted information is used to review your request, respond to your enquiry, prepare project discussions and maintain reasonable records of business communication. Delivery settings such as business email and SMTP credentials are configured outside public templates.
Functional preferences and sessions
If you change the display currency, the selected preference is saved in this browser's local storage and a first-party cookie for up to one year. It is used only to remember how prices are displayed and is not used for advertising or analytics. Contact and project forms also use a session cookie for CSRF protection and short-term rate limiting; it expires with the browser session.
Exchange-rate requests
When a page shows pricing, the website may refresh a shared server-side cache of published exchange rates from Frankfurter. That server request uses INR as its base with a fixed list of supported target currencies; it does not include your IP address, selected currency or form details. Approximate conversions are for display only.
Data quality and third-party services
Electro Species does not publish fabricated business reviews, ratings or contact details. Third-party profile links and rating data are displayed only when genuine values have been configured.
Security and retention
Forms use server-side validation, CSRF protection, spam controls and rate limiting. No public page should expose SMTP passwords, API keys or other private environment values.
